After numerous years in communications, marketing, design, web development, and the creative arts (handlettering) within the non-profit and for-profit spheres of communications, I'm excited to offer these services to the general public under the banner of Harrell Design LLC.
Exercise discretion and responsible judgment as Web Manager for the official C&MA web site. Responsible for the creation and editing of Web site content, Web site design/user interface, and oversight of technical issues related to the Web site. Managed the content, design/user interface, and technical aspects of the official C&MA Web site, plus auxiliary Web sites (i.e. Alliance Life, Alliance Benefits, Alliance Youth,etc.), monitoring style and editorial quality of site content and directing overall design/user interface of the site.
Directed implementation of brand across all media channels. Managed design processes for brand strategy and developed/updated the brand guide. Provided creative design for brand development processes. Communicated brand strategy to National Office leadership and acted as the key contact for issues related to brand implementation. Provides continuing training on brand implementation.
Contributed to the company's growth from $250,000 annually to $750,000 annually in three years. Daily responsibilities included but were not limited to creative direction, design, and copywriting for all clients assigned, facilitation of internal and external communication to ensure the final project met or exceeded the desire and needs of the client.
